In this issue, we give in to pure, unadulterated love for animals and vegan food. And there’s other news, too.
Is it a coincidence that Valentine’s Day comes before spring? The weather will soon warm up, the hills will lush up, and the flowers will pop up. It’s nature coupling up. Enough of the birds and bees talk, though. Let’s get to the food. This year, we include the Valentine’s Day roundup in the newsletter. So be sure to read to the end for Austin’s V-Day specials.
But before we forget, Austin Monthly is collecting votes for the best in 2021, so lift your favorite vegan spots up and “Vote for Best of ATX 2021.”
