Lick It Up Austin now offers brunch with new hours.
Isaac Mogannam of the Plow family of food trucks, trailers, and kitchens soft-opens Brunch Bird, located inside River City Market on South Congress.
Pictured are a hand-written menu… …and its soon-to-be flagship BlueBird Burger, made with Easy Tiger bread, Rebel Cheese cave-aged bleu, an impossible patty, bacon, local farm pride mushroom trio (portabellas, oysters, and shitake), lemon peppercorn mayo, house-made onion-garlic jam served with garlic and rosemary red breakfast potatoes.
